Born on September 10, 1979, in Tehran and now based in Dubai, Arash Jalili is a Dominican national and a driving force in the UAE’s real estate, investment, and design sectors. With over 17 years of leadership experience, he is the Founder of Unique Properties and Unique Holding, where he has built a team of more than 350 professionals representing over 25 nationalities.
Under his leadership, Unique Properties has facilitated more than 24 billion in property sales, earning multiple awards from top developers including Emaar, Damac, Meraas, and Nakheel. His work has been featured in global outlets such as Forbes, solidifying his reputation as one of Dubai’s most respected entrepreneurs.
